Return policy

You may return new, unopened items purchased at full retail price, incorrect items, and defective items sold by Yaoi Generation within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as if you received an incorrect or defective item. Defective books are defined as books with printing errors such as missing pages, etc. All items sold at discounted rate are final and can only be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for the same item if the item is defective. Please e-mail us at info@yaoigeneration.com with your order number and reason for your return prior to sending the item back to us.

The estimated timeframe for refunds is three weeks from the date in which the item is received by us. In most cases, however, you should receive a refund more quickly. This estimated three weeks period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
