Please be aware of the following important changes regarding our new website: For those of you who have a Yaoi Generation account prior to 4/17/2010, your old login will not work with our new webstore. Please create a new account.

Also, due to inactivity in our forum, we have taken it down. If you would like to participate in our forum and wish to see it up again, please let us know. We will bring back the forum if we have enough people interested.

Now accepting Breath V5 pre-orders

We are now accepting pre-orders for Breath, Volume 5! To celebrate the completion of the Breath series, we are giving out free "YaoiGen" coasters with Vol. 5 pre-orders (while supplies last). Also, for those who missed out on our custom Breath bookmark giveaway during Yaoi Con and Volume 1 pre-orders, you can now get it for free with any Breath book purchase. To claim those freebies, simply add them to your cart when you place your order. Pre-orders will be shipped on April 30th.

As you probably noticed, our website just had a make-over. If you run into any problems, don't panic! Just contact us, and we'll work with you to resolve them.

Breath V5 pre-order starts 4/19

The long awaited Breath Volume 5 is almost here! Release date is scheduled for April 30th, and pre-orders will be available starting April 19th. We'll be giving out free yaoigen coasters with pre-orders (while supplies last). This will be the first of our new collection of yaoi theme coasters, so be sure not to miss it! (More details will be provided at that time.) And for those who missed our custom Breath bookmark giveaway during Volume 1 pre-orders, you'll have another opportunity to get it! Please support us by ordering directly from our website.

Haiti Fundraising

In an effort to raise funds to help support the earthquake recovery efforts in Haiti, all proceeds from sales on our website between now and the end of the month will be donated to the American Red Cross: Haiti Relief.

Holiday Special!

Yaoi Generation will be closed for the holidays from 12/25 to 1/1. We are offering free shipping to US and Canada and $2 flat rate to all other destinations for orders that are received during that timeframe. Check at the bottom of the shopping cart page for a list of countries we ship to. Orders will be processed and shipped out when our staff returns on Monday 1/4.

Thanksgiving Holiday Sale

Yaoi Generation Collaborates with Diamond Comic Distributors

Yaoi Generation announces our collaboration with Diamond Comic Distributors Inc., the world's largest distributor of English-language comics and related merchandise. Our first publication, breath volume 1 by Chifumi Ochi, will be made available on Diamond’s February 2009 Previews. Fans who would like to order breath or any of our future publications can now request their favorite retailer to order from Diamond Comics Distributors.

Until then, breath volume 1 is available at our WebStore and at Amazon.

Yaoi Generation Store to Open Soon

Yaoi Generation is pleased to announce that breath, vol.1 by Chifumi Ochi will be released on Dec. 16! We will be accepting preorders for softcover copies starting Black Friday, Nov. 28 here on this site. Our online store opens at 12.01 a.m. Nov. 28, Pacific Standard Time.

To promote our first title and in the spirit of Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year in the U.S., we will offer a special discount on preorders placed on opening day!

Presently, preorders will only be available on Yaoi Gen's Web site. However, the books will soon be made available on Amazon.com.

Our forum will be opened on the same day, so please stop by and let us know what you think, chat with other fans, discuss about your wonderful yaoi addiction, or just simply say hello!

Yaoi Generation Debuts With A 5-Volume Title

Yaoi Generation debuts this weekend at Yaoi-con by announcing the licensing of our first title, breath, from Kaiohsha Publishing Co., Ltd.

breath, by Chifumi Ochi, is a five-volume love story between a socially awkward businessman and a confident, attractive college student. Brought together by too much alcohol and a series of misunderstandings, these two opposites face difficult trials while learning just how much they need each other.
